This Privacy Policy describes how Vormyradex ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use vormyradex.com. Vormyradex is an educational publication registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 1010847219). We do not sell financial products and we never sell personal data.
1. Data we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your full name, email address, and the timestamp of your subscription. When you visit the website we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address (anonymised), browser type, operating system, language preference, and pages visited. We never collect financial account data, payment data, or government identifiers, because we do not sell anything.
2. How we use your data
We use your name and email solely to deliver the educational reports, reviews, and articles you subscribed to. We use anonymised technical data to measure the performance of our educational publication and to improve content quality. We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we do not share it with brokers, exchanges, or algorithm vendors.
3. Legal basis (PDPL)
We process personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL, Royal Decree M/19, as amended). Our legal bases are: (a) your consent when you subscribe; (b) our legitimate educational interest in operating the publication; and (c) compliance with applicable Saudi law.
4. Data retention
Subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after unsubscription, after which it is permanently deleted. Anonymised analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.
5. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@vormyradex.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
Vormyradex applies administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with PDPL Implementing Regulations and ISO/IEC 27001 controls. All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3.
7. International transfers
Your data is stored on infrastructure located within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Where a transfer outside the Kingdom is necessary for service delivery, we comply with PDPL Article 29 and apply appropriate safeguards.
